Here’s a little tip for those who aren’t IODA members yet if you join as a member and book before July 31st, the total cost is less than the full standard conference fee! Book before July 31st to benefit from our Early Bird discounted rate! Registrations are open! All the ticket price categories are on the website and are based on your IODA membership status. The Conference will take place at Martí Colodar, a 15th Century Salesian Seminary which was once a rural farmhouse then a residential palace for members of the Catalan bourgeoisie. Just wait till you see the gardens! For those interested, you'll even be able to stay there as it's also a hostel/guest house with rooms available for participants. We are excited to have secured a beautiful venue packed with history. These are the characteristics that make IODA great – our sense of community, being together, sharing expertise, laughing, dancing and exploring new cultures.
Our intent with this 2022 edition is to return to some grassroots principles that have been part of IODA since its formation in 1987 – affordable, communal, collegial, international, community. We are so happy to announce that our annual IODA conference is back! After three years of virtual events we are excited to meet you all in person in Barcelona for three days of learning and exchanging.
